Our Management Team
Peter Christensen
Director
Peter brings extensive experience in financial planning, investment management and residential development. He was a founding shareholder and director of KiwiSaver provider Booster and served as Chairman of Lifetime Financial Services Group.
Kem Christensen
General Manager / Director
Kem joined Peter in residential construction in 2016, working across a wide range of practical, on-the-tools roles. Today, Kem serves as Development Manager overseeing feasibility analysis, site acquisition, design coordination, project delivery and stakeholder management.
Chris Aiken
Senior Consultant
Chris is an Auckland-based property developer with extensive experience across both public and private sectors. He is a Director of Kiwi Property Group and was formerly Chief Executive of HLC, leading delivery of communities such as Hobsonville Point.
